The 8th of June is the International Day of Best Friendship and since I only found out about it yesterday, then I thought I should pay tribute to my best friends today (a month later).
For clarification purposes, you must know that (a) BFF - Best Female Friend ; (b) BMF - Best Male Friend
Now that that's crystal, let me present to you these wonderful peoplings and their milk tea preferences. First I would like to emphasize that both are completely separate entities and since personality is fairly relative, it is up to you to judge the reliability of the statements hereafter in determining your acquisition of best friends from both genders (simply put, results vary so go and get your own set and try it yourself!)
PAGE (Peggy, Pudge, Timmon)
Page is the owner of the shoulder I've been crying on ever since my high school crush broke my heart (unintentionally, he doesn't even know). She was my first kiss (it was also unintentional, I promise!) and the person who questions my sanity enough she could write a book (albeit secretly) about it if she was more daring. I go to her for secrets that I want to tell everyone and she goes to me for secrets that she doesn't anyone to find out (except it's always the other way around). She's gullible and knows it so she plays coy sometimes, boys dig it and I (ever supportive) roll my eyes. She's passive and I sometimes have to push her to do things (muahahaha), being very cool and laidback. She can chow more and faster than I ever can, but you'd wonder where she stores them. She usually orders Caramel Milk Tea during our milk tea parties.
DAVID (Nong, Mufasa although he claims to be Simba)
Best male friends are supposed to be insensitive (ideally)... but not this one. In fact, he's super sensitive it's giving me a headache! I have to be more careful with him than Peggy! David used to be my closest guy friend from church but we decided to level up to best (fe)male friends forever! I can't understand him sometimes and he loves his basketball, but he can really be reliable and gives me food when I tell him (with much kicking and throwing). And because people think it's impossible to be besties with a guy, people think there must be one of us bearing a torch for the other (I'm using this figure of speech so he'll have a harder time trying to decode it muahahaha). In reality, I'm not even thinking that we do, even amidst the choking and paralyzing predicaments they always suit us in. He has a soft spot for Wintermelon (which, in my opinion, just proves his femininity! Muahahaha)

PENDA (Ohsome, Nang, Pumba)
I want to pay tribute to myself too (because it's highly unlikely that either of them will pay tribute to me T_T). I initiate EVERYTHING in the group, from soirees to midday brunch to tea time, this blog post, EVERYTHING... and love it! I also like teasing both bestfriends (with separate partners, of course) and can't keep a secret. I'm not patient (because I'm a nursing student and I hope you got the pun, read again until you get it) but I'm always late. I like to try out tea flavors but my favorite is Naicha's Okinawa and BoraBora's Japanese Roasted.
Okay, so I'm not sure if this is even a tribute. Sorry for bashing you guys. I know you love me anyway Ho ho ho. Anyway, if any of you two see this post, you've just won yourself a milk tea of your choice from me (to be claimed when God sends me the finances to actually it!) Anyway, thanks for the years of bestfriendship, a milk tea toast for years more! <3
