Pricing
Prices are fixed unless there are add-ons, which will increase the price.Refunds
No refunds for Premade Layouts.Images and whatnot:
Everything is in my hard drive for 15 days, I will be sending you a ZIP file for everything just in case something terrible happens (like reformats or a computer crash)
Tweaking & Mess ups:
You are free to tweak the layout, provided you leave the credits in tact. However, if code and widgets fail because of your excessive tweaking, I reserve the right to charge an extra fee for fixing them.

Installation:
> SELF INSTAL -- I will teach you how to install it
> PENDA INSTALL -- You will make me 'admin' and I will install it for you
Refunds:
Refunds can be given 7 days after I give you the sketch. After that, I reserve the right not to refund you in any case. If the payment was made through Paypal, I can refund you the payment you made FREE OF CHARGE. But a charge will be required if through any other method.
Revisions:
Any minor revisions within the next 15 days are free of charge. I reserve the right to determine once revisions become excessive and may assess an additional fee.
